There is no cost to tour with us. Photo ID is required to take a tour around our community.
We accept walk ins, however, appointments are recommended. You can schedule your tour right from our community website.
We are very accessible to our residents! You can reach us anytime via your resident portal, email, text, phone or stopping by the leasing office during business hours.
You can apply for your new home right from our website! Check our the Floorplans page, then click Availablilty under the floorplan you're interested in to select a unit and start your online application.
It can take up to 72 hours to receive the full results of the credit and criminal background checks.
Be sure to read your lease agreement and ask any questions you may have. Also, keep an eye out after you sign your lease from Updater, our digital move-in concierge that can help with changing your address, updating subscriptions and more!

You can pay your rent through our Resident Portal which is accessible right from our community website or by downloading the RENTCafe Resident app.
Yes, Laramar Group has partnered with Effective Coverage and LeaseTrack to manage all your insurance requirements. Residents are required to maintain renters insurance with a minimum personal liability coverage of $100,000.

Yes! We offer a $250 referral bonus to our residents.
Typically the least expensive monthly rent option is on a 12 month lease but we do offer shorter lease terms but they may come with a premium. There is no price reduction with paying rent in advance.

Residents can enjoy the pool and deck area in the spring and summer months.

Maintenance
We will make any necessary repairs, change or deep clean the carpet, paint, and do professional cleaning; ensuring the apartment home is in move-in ready condition.
Yes, our maintenance team is here for you during after hours as well as on-call after hours for emergencies.
Call the office at 240-949-6030 or place a request through your resident portal. If you experience a maintenance emergency, please call us directly verses using the resident portal.
Within 72 hours of received request maintenance will visit your home and asses necessary work. We will complete repairs and/or schedule contractors.
During business hours, you are not required to be present for a member of our maintenace team to visit your home. However, you must be home for any after-hours emergency maintenance visits.
During business hours, stop by the office for a copy of your key. After hours, you will need to call a locksmith.
Yes, as long as the apartment home is returned to its original condition prior to your turning in your keys. If you have questions about anything specific, please reach out to us for details. We want you to feel at home living with us!
